Overall, the hotel was fine. Staff helpful, shuttle bus prompt and worked well. They have changed how breakfast is served and I had no complaints. Laundry useful. Rooms are small but it is Japan and as I was on my own, not a problem.

Perfect considering you’re out skiing most of the day. The rooms are small but the staff on reception were fantastic. They help with everything and anything! Room cleaning wasn’t great and that did let the hotel down somewhat.

We stayed at Always Niseko. The rooms were a decent size, clean and had good facilities like a heated mirror, hairdryer, shampoo etc. A nice big window which we could open and views of snow. The restaurant was great for a snack and drinks although we didn't try it for dinner. Breakfast was good but if you arrived at 7am as they opened it was difficult to get food and things ran out quickly. Recept…
