Great friendly hotel, amazing plentiful breakfasts. Just out of town but reliable shuttle bus

The accommodation was great for a solo boarder, it had everything I needed. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

This is a skiers hotel. It has a modern urban vibe. No fuss. Really clean, great bed linen and bathrooms. Don’t worry that it is half a mile from the village - the hotel buses are frequent and very reliable. And the night time walk up to the village is magic and takes no time. The breakfast is fantastic and you can eat as much as you like. We didn’t try the evening meal.

Excellent shuttle bus service with frequent runs, staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok, but the evening options and bar were great. It was great being able to leave the ski equipment with the hotel for pick-up at the end of our stay. Rooms were comfortable but layout of the bathroom was inconvenient.

A mix of stylish Japanese minimalism and industrial steampunk corridors make for a clean and comfortable stay. A short 5 min walk to the family chair and a good breakfast spread were also positives. Only downside is the lack of lockers in the ski room and being quite crowded for breakfast.

Great hotel that was clean, modern & welcoming! Great size room with a huge comfortable bed & the hotel even made sure we had a view of Mt Yotei upon request! Breakfast was lovely, would have liked some more fresh fruit options but this is just being picky! The shuttle bus service was fantastic and ran to the minute! If we missed the last bus back in the evening then the walk back from Grand Hiraf…

Overall, the hotel was fine. Staff helpful, shuttle bus prompt and worked well. They have changed how breakfast is served and I had no complaints. Laundry useful. Rooms are small but it is Japan and as I was on my own, not a problem.

Perfect considering you’re out skiing most of the day. The rooms are small but the staff on reception were fantastic. They help with everything and anything! Room cleaning wasn’t great and that did let the hotel down somewhat.
