4 stars! Loved it except for the tiny beds! Comfy but very narrow! The Onsen is brilliant! Never ate at Mimis as it was extortionate! Lots of brilliant eating options available outwith the hotel and on the mountain

Many thanks to Andrea and Rich for helping to sort out a great holiday in Hakuba over Chinese New Year, especially at short notice. Everything worked really well including the stopover in Tokyo on our return home. Will look forward to your help for next year's trip, which we are now planning! Phoenix hotel was made all the better with the excellent manager, Sally. Great evening restaurant, Mimi's …
