The Whistler ski and Reykjavík stopover worked brilliantly for us as we’d always wanted to visit Iceland. We managed to fit in three excursions — Blue Lagoon, Golden Circle and Northern Lights — which was slightly ambitious, and an extra night would have helped as we had an early start for the flight home. Still, a fantastic combination, not least because your ski wardrobe is already sorted for the Arctic temperatures!
