Excellent skiing followed by beautiful fjord cruise and Flam railway in the snow.

We had a variation on this tour taking in Flåm and a Fjord cruise. It was a fast paced and detailed itinerary but the mix of city break and ski holiday worked perfectly thanks to the upfront work and attention to detail provided by both Scarlett and Sarah. All the accommodation was terrific and the skiing ideal for our (intermediate) standard. However, the highlight was the breath-taking views we saw on the rail transfers from Oslo to Geilo and Myrdal to Flåm as well as the eerily silent cruise on the fjord. An amazingly different holiday that I would recommend wholeheartedly.

We did a version of the Fjords and Mountains Ski Safari visiting Flam and Bergen by train after skiing in Geilo. The whole train travel experience from Oslo to Bergen and down to Flam was amazing. In Flam we took a Rib Boat trip in the fjords which was also amazing. In fact "amazing" seems to sum up the holiday as a whole! The Bergen hotel upgraded us to a suite, the Grand Terminus hotel is beautiful and is in a very convenient location. Bergen is well worth visiting, it's a lively town with great bars and food.

We literally had the trip of a lifetime - it was incredible. We travelled by rail to Geilo from Oslo then Bergen, it was magical. The train was clean and on time with huge seats. Gelio was a dream location for me, being a nervous skier the quiet & wide slopes really got my confidence back. It's crazy beautiful and there was also a ton of more difficult slopes for my partner. We felt we had brilliant value and such a high quality trip.
