The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

There are ski trips from package companies everywhere. If you want the best done properly then its Ski Safari. 'Nobody does it better'. For many years I organised ski trips for person with wheelchairs, booking hotels flights transfers, ski school and all the trimmings that go with a ski week. Having been impressed by Ski Safari on our first trip to Trysil in 2020, it was no surprise to find the same prompt, professional and courteous help and advice from the team this time around. In particular, Sarah was unfailingly proactive and responsive to our needs ensuring that the (electronic) pre-departure pack was both informative and accurate. Everything worked extremely well.
