The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Used Ski Safari twice now and will definitely use again as they know the resorts/hotels and give good advice. Saved us money on lift passes and gave excellent advice on the hotel as we initially didn't like the look of it.

This trip was our honeymoon and we cannot fault it one bit (Breckenridge, Aspen and Vail). All the info provided was excellent even down to the driving directions between hotels. I cannot thank you enough and will recommend to friends in the future.
