The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Ski Safari from start to finish were superb!! Knowledgeable about the resorts and products they were selling, not remotely pushy in terms of sales, excellent communications. You could probably book elsewhere slightly cheaper, sure, but you won't get the service and experience you do from these guys. I highly recommend and will I'm sure use Ski Safari again in the future!

I just want to give you some feedback on our amazing trip James planned for us. The hotels picked in each location were spot on for what we needed. From the airport hotel in which we were able to get some sleep after a long flight then set off the next day to Aspen.
