The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Our previous experience of Ski Safari was great, hence using you again, but Andy Knights... well, he was just fantastic to deal with. His knowledge and suggestions were so helpful and his enthusiasm for making our trip everything we wanted it to be went above and beyond. So, who will we be talking to about 2017 trip? James from Ski Safari gave us so much advice about the pros and cons of the many different ski resorts so we could find a holiday that fitted us perfectly. It was then very easy to book the trip through him. Ski Safari kept in touch with us the whole time running up to the trip, even giving us advice on road closures. Great service.

As a travel company for skiing you are the best I have used... after 26 years! The right amount of help and advice, alongside useful pre-holiday catch ups to ensure everything is ready, with great accommodation in both Vancouver and Whistler. You deserve your score of 10.
