The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

Feefo's Platinum Trusted Service Award is only given to companies who have achieved a Gold rating (average rating of 4.5 stars or above from at least 50 reviews) three years in a row - our current average rating is 4.9 stars.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Excellent. If anyone else wants a 9 day ski pass in Trysil I suggest you explain the 2 pass situation to them or get a 10 day pass and explain why.

Absolutely outstanding service. Especially given that the Four Seasons was fully booked for one of the nights during our requested dates, yet you were able to provide that personal service to enable a room upgrade and find availability for us. The service from Ski Safari has been outstanding. From my first phone call, Sam made sure that we found the perfect resort for us, allowing us lots of time to ask questions and investigate all options. We felt incredibly well looked after. Once we had booked, the communication from Ski Safari was excellent and the travel documents were very clear. We will definitely be booking with them again!
