The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

Feefo's Platinum Trusted Service Award is only given to companies who have achieved a Gold rating (average rating of 4.5 stars or above from at least 50 reviews) three years in a row - our current average rating is 4.9 stars.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

A wonderful two weeks in Sun Peaks was our 8th trip with Ski Safari and as always we were well looked after by Hannah and Andrea through the entire process. As always, Andrea really took on board what we were asking for and helped us plan a fabulous trip. Emily was also very helpful booking extras and trying to help me sort out some logistical problems. One of the great things is that we are always confident Ski Safari will pass on any deals they get on passes, etc., and will look for the best and most reliable suppliers.

Great, seemed effortless to get things done. Plus loved how you looked at multiple options and really tried to get us what we wanted. Kevin Kunz was absolutely brilliant by the way as were the whole team - I had emailed some competitors, non followed. Up post initial feedback email. Kevin was on it and as a result secured the sale.
