The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Excellent service from Ski Safari, they created the perfect Christmas package for our first ever ski holiday. Everything went smoothly and the staff were brilliant. Excellent friendly advisors who arranged our holiday accommodation & timings to fit in with our budget. Very well organised in terms of also sorting lift passes & ski hire as well as answering specific questions about the resort.

This is my fifth booking with Ski Safari and it has never disappointed. Andy Hemingway is very knowledgeable about the resorts and he is always very helpful. Make sure you ask for his help when booking. I am looking forward to our next trip to Åre in Sweden in Easter 2020 already!
