Ski Safari are great. We had a fairly serious issue in our opinion with one of the rooms and they got it sorted within 24 hours! Responsive and well co-ordinated resolution. And overall another great holiday. We’ve used them several times before and will do again in the future. Thanks.

Ski Safari were brilliant every step of the way - Andy was great at advising about accommodation and the best places to ski! The only thing we would change is probably 1 less day at Lake Louise and one more day in Banff as there is more to do there. We loved that the ski passes were interchangeable in terms of ski days/days off and we could decide on the day if we wanted to ski or not.

Ski Safari were excellent throughout and always responded to emails and queries. Documents contained all the info needed. Everything organised went to plan. No complaints at all. I thought the resort was as described in terms of really family friendly and not too busy despite it being half-term. Given the cost of everything in Norway it is harder to score top marks for value for money, but we didn…

Excellent knowledgeable staff who can guide you through the whole process. Advice on best hotel for your needs, best value ski pass and equipment was all appreciated, the in resort vouchers that we received for booking early was much appreciated.

Great communication and always willing to help. We had to postpone due to covid and the team were excellent rescheduling without any penalty, unlike a lot of other holiday companies.
