Ski Safari were excellent throughout and always responded to emails and queries. Documents contained all the info needed. Everything organised went to plan. No complaints at all. I thought the resort was as described in terms of really family friendly and not too busy despite it being half-term. Excellent knowledgeable staff who can guide you through the whole process. Advice on best hotel for your needs, best value ski pass and equipment was all appreciated, the in resort vouchers that we received for booking early was much appreciated.

Great communication and always willing to help. We had to postpone due to covid and the team were excellent rescheduling without any penalty, unlike a lot of other holiday companies.

Everyone I spoke to was so helpful from beginning to end, could not do enough to help with my questions about the resort. Especially helpful during travel when the stress of delayed flights, missing transfers and then a cancelled flight on return helped keep a level head.

As always the SkiSafari Team did not fail. Good, friendly and knowledgeable advice. With the changing Covid Travel protocols, both in Norway and the UK the information was always there and reassuring!
