LOVE Ski Safari! This is the third time we have used them and their customer service is always excellent. They are very helpful and knowledgeable and are always very prompt to reply to questions and queries.

Toni and the team informed us of an avalanche that affected our train to the resort in between flights. They organized good quality hotel accommodation and alternative transport for the following day. This was done very quickly and we were kept in the loop throughout. All this at no extra charge and we even got refunded for the morning's skiing we missed. They were amazing!

I use Ski Safari because they have first hand knowledge of the Canadian ski circuit, and are prepared to spend the time talking me through options. I wouldn’t spend this much on bespoke multi-centre ski holidays for a family of five without expert advice on resorts, where to stay and how to get around. Their admin is also top notch.

We all had an absolutely amazing holiday, it was totally beyond all expectation. Geilo was a perfect magical winter wonderland that totally exceeded our expectations. A great resort for our mixed ability group of skiers. The husky ride was a highlight. We all fell in love with Norway, so thank you so much.

A wonderful team at Ski Safari. Really helpful with suggestions on where to go, where to stay etc. Always answered our many questions promptly !
