Very pleased with the level of service and attention to detail provided by Ski Safari. It was the first time in many years that I have used an operator, and it was the best decision to use Ski Safari. Everything was taken care of and arranged, with no hiccups.

Really helpful and supportive staff. When our initial flight home was cancelled Ski Safari came back immediately with suitable options and not a bucket load of questions. They just got on with sorting it out and I didn’t have to worry about it. Absolutely brilliant service.

Toni and the team informed us of an avalanche that affected our train to the resort in between flights. They organized good quality hotel accommodation and alternative transport for the following day. This was done very quickly and we were kept in the loop throughout. All this at no extra charge and we even got refunded for the morning's skiing we missed. They were amazing!
