From the first phone call a year before we travelled until the day before we travelled the staff could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. All staff interested and cared about your questions and responded quickly.Alwsys finished with any more questions, just ask, you always got the feeling that they genuinely cared. Brilliant service.

The Ski Safari staff were superb from start to finish. Recommending different resorts and reasons why, along with their own knowledege was really helpful especially for us 1st time skiers. They updated us on new pricing and compared 2 holidays so we could easily see where the savings were.
