We chose to book with Ski Safari again because of the excellent service we received the first time around when our flights were cancelled because of snow. They didn't disappoint the second time either! We experienced some travel issues and the staff were amazing at sorting new arrangements at the last minute. It took away a considerable amount of stress for us. We cannot recommend them highly enough as a travel operator - I only wish they would branch out of ski holidays so we could use them for our summer holidays too!

We can never fault Ski Safari. Chloe (in particular as she found us our perfect holiday) and Zoe were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and personalised our trip perfectly. We were kept informed and a couple of last minute changes were handled exactly as we wanted. Just the very best experience all round! Service is second to none. We have travelled with other ski operators but you never feel like they really care about you once they have your booking. With Ski Safari, their desire to find you your personalised perfect holiday is almost proprietary; and it makes a world of difference.
