The service we received from Ski Safari was excellent from start to finish - everything was really well organised for when we arrived with information and reservations sent well in advance. All we needed to know and be aware of was clearly set out in the pack.

Very helpful staff. Answered dozens of my questions quickly- and there were a few dozen actually. Very smooth passage to and from the resort. Drivers easy to find at the airport and very punctual.

We chose to book with Ski Safari again because of the excellent service we received the first time around when our flights were cancelled because of snow. They didn't disappoint the second time either! We experienced some travel issues and the staff were amazing at sorting new arrangements at the last minute.
