Great advice on the resort, equipment and tuition. Very helpful and patient when making choices, which is appreciated when you are inexperienced at booking such vacations. Oh and I nearly forgot ....... thank you very much for the bottle of fizz on our return!

Scarily I have never had such a good travel company; people were friendly, knowledgeable and proactive, everything you could want. When our flight was delayed I was contacted advising of alternative transport in case we missed the connection. Took any stress away which was amazing.

Andy was extremely knowledgable and the holiday fulfilled our requirements exactly. Hannah was efficient and very easy to deal with. The holiday was great, thank you. Feedback in order to improve - the instructions to get tickets at Oslo station should be clearer, it doesn't clearly state you have to print off your tickets and I imagine it would be easy to miss this. Good knowledge of the resorts I chose to visit. Terrific customer care the week before departure when BA cabin crew chose my departure date to strike.

As always we had excellent advice from James. We followed all his recommendations and were so glad we did. He gave us very good advice about the Iceland stop over and the rental car and the choice of Hotel Fron. Very impressed with Iceland and we would love to return to explore further.
