I dealt mostly with Luke Dorking this time and he was brilliant. Helpful without being pushy, knowledgeable, taking the time to understand what we were after and advising accordingly. This was our 4-5th holiday organised by Ski Safari and service and good organisation are the reason we keeping using the company. Thank you.

I was really impressed with the ski safari service. I just assumed I would book and then go on my holiday but there were several updates and checks as to whether we needed help with booking activities when there prior to going...I even had an email saying that although there were BA strikes, Hannah had checked and didn't think we were affected but alerted us so I knew to keep an eye. The welcome home bottle of prosecco was such a lovely touch!

This was the first time we had been to Norway and chose it as an alternative to the expensive half term packages in the Alps. The communication with Ski safari before we travelled was great. The accommodation worked out perfectly due to the comfortable Suite, great swimming pool, bowling alley and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Geilo ski area was great for our family (children 7 and 8 skiing and parents snowboarding). The slopes were quiet and there were numerous snow parks to suit all levels. The Norwegians were very friendly and all spoke perfect English. We would definitely go for a family ski holiday in Norway again.

Excellent 10/10 the best we have ever had. Thank you to all the girls especially Andrea. I have travelled two or three times every year for around 20 years and I have never had such a well organised trip from start to finish. All of the girls we're excellent and nothing was too much trouble. This was by far the best trip I have ever been on and that is down to the professionalism of the girls at ski safari understanding my requirements. I am already looking for my next trip with them.
