I have to say, it was our most enjoyable ski holiday yet. Despite being peak season, Trysil remained relatively quiet and was fantastic (again!) for younger skiers despite the fact that they can now out-ski their parents! It would have remained completely unknown if not for the great advice from Andy H four-five years ago and consistent high-quality service from everyone at Ski Safari since then. We are always presented with options; you do your best to help us with bespoke requests; and - what's most important - the holiday runs like clockwork, with every bit sorted out. Thank you!

Having had a long discussion with Andrea regarding the pros and cons of Radisson Blu, Trysil v Copperhill, Are, she said that Copperhill was a step up from the Radisson, where we had stayed the past two years. Knowing we were travelling with children (13 & 17yrs), she did not mention the restriction on the spa times, so I was surprised when the vouchers came through that it stated 6pm. However, as the lifts close at 4.30pm that gave us an hour to enjoy the pool. On check in we were told that this season the times had changed to 5pm. The receptionist said she would contact you to update your information. No where on your website or booking confirmation is this restriction noted. As the vouchers came near to travelling time it was too late to do anything. We had also booked half board. Usually this is a 3 course meal sometimes with coffee. Here it was a 2 course meal, with only one of 3 dishes changing daily. The standard of food was very good, but limited. Again you should be clear about what is included.
