Andy and Victoria were amazing. Great communication throughout and always very responsive to our questions. Even when we had a mini crisis with our transfer to Geilo, Rupert (who was on call on Saturday) communicated efficiently and came up with backup plans had we not made our train.

The service was good and the response to enquires and alterations was excellent. The range of accommodation that was offered initially was not nearly as wide as that which turned out to be available and it was only once i had made my own enquires directly that other options were offered to me. It id a major omission to not indicate the nature of the festivities in Trysil during the Easter week. I would not choose to visit during this week again.

You guys rock! Andy Knights booked us a fabulous trip, made great suggestions and always gets back to us quickly. He has booked a few holidays for us now and honestly we think Ski Safari are brilliant and always rave to others about your exceptional customer service. Thank you! It makes such a difference to know that we can relax and be confident that Ski Safari have meticulously planned everything for us. The bottle of prosecco delivered a few days after we arrived back was a wonderful surprise and very welcome to help soften the blow of being back at work!

I have never booked with a company that seem to care so much about my holiday. Fantastic knowledge and better communication skills than any other company I have ever dealt with. Huge thanks go to Kat Bouch & Victoria Davies for making this holiday go so smoothly.

As usual we had a multi centred holiday which wasn't one of the standard packages but it was all put together for us with the expertise and efficiency that we have come to expect from Ski Safari and at a very competitive price. Our hotel bookings, airport transfers , car hire and lift passes were all arranged as we had requested and we didn't have to worry about anything not being in place for us.
