Thanks Andrea and the team for an unforgettable trip! Everything was fantastic. I probably would have given a 10 but my room buddy was on a budget which meant I couldn't stay in such a nice hotel in Tokyo haha. I had a fantastic trip to Japan, it all worked and moving about (Tokyo, Niseko, Rusutsu, Kyoto) all made it feel like I was away for a month and not just 2 weeks!

It was all very good - and seamless between various staff members. It just makes it all easy - I don't have time and inclination or knowledge to do it myself individually.

Excellent trip, Kenji was fantastic, the resorts varied. Also I really appreciated how flexible you were, neither my wanting to go as a single (and you found someone for me to share a room with); or my wanting to book my own flights was a problem at all.

Unfortunately I broke two bones in my foot on my second day and Ski Safari were excellent at arranging upgrades and assistance at the airports.
