Proactive advice and booking process with Ski Safari was super impressive. Prosecco just before the off was also a nice touch, thank you.

Excellent service from Ski Safari everything ran like clockwork. Stöten is a beautiful resort, small but perfectly formed. Some lovely gentle runs which allow you to perfect your style and enjoy the scenery. A word of warning when it’s windy it’s freezing at the top of the lifts! All the people who work there are very friendly and helpful, a great atmosphere. One downside, we stayed in Pistbyn apartments which were faultless and beautifully appointed, they are advertised as ski-in ski-out but they’re not, the top line maybe but we were not. It’s not far to walk but it’s not easy. It was still a fantastic holiday and we would definitely use Ski Safari again, first class.

Ski Safari provide a well informed, efficient service. We are repeat customers and our next ski trip, to Sweden, is already booked with, of course, Ski Safari.

Excellent customer service all the way through the booking process and beyond. Suggested accommodation and gave us advice on how North American resorts generally work as we've only boarded in Europe before. Saved us money by suggesting not to go for breakfast at our hotel and instead, getting breakfast in the village. Lovely surprise to have a knock at the door for the delivery of a bottle of prosecco - certainly not something that any other tour operator we've booked with has ever done.

Service from Ski Safari was excellent. I only score 8 as the weather was poor (which is out of everyone's hands) so we only skied half of the time we were there. There was a real limit to other things we could do if we couldn't ski. Perhaps the accommodation could offer more board games etc.
