The Ski Safari staff were excellent - Andy Hemingway was really good at getting us the apartment that we were after at the right time (this was key to my wife agreeing to the holiday!) and very good at sorting out the flights after the original airline had changed their times. Excellent direct personal service in booking and recommendations from Ski Safari. Despite not having any team onsite at resorts runs far better and is far better organised than many big name competitors. Highly recommend Ski Safari.
