The organisation and service were excellent throughout.

Everything arranged went to plan and we felt Andrea had recommended well. Just one small point with the Natulux - we were trying to cut cost so had booked the smaller rooms but they were too small. The manager upgraded the couples in the party free of charge which was very helpful to our enjoyment.

Excellent, helpful, knowledgeable service before booking and after booking to get us ready for our holiday. Very clear written instructions (on our booking information) for the holiday, flights, transfers etc. Always quick to respond to enquiries.
