Excellent and knowledgeable .. my rating of price is about the resort rather than you

Quick, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We had quite a few questions before we went and these were all answered efficiently and personally.

Always excellent service from very knowledgeable staff.

Great, seemed effortless to get things done. Plus loved how you looked at multiple options and really tried to get us what we wanted. Kevin Kunz was absolutely brilliant by the way as were the whole team - I had emailed some competitors, non followed. Up post initial feedback email. Kevin was on it and as a result secured the sale.

Staff and communication very good.

In spite of the problems with Avis, I can only give Andy Knights and Victoria Davies 10 out of 10 for their incredible service, attention to detail and always being there to sort out any problems that may arise. This is our 7th holiday with Ski Safari and we would never choose anyone else. They have become our friends, they know what we like and need and you can't ask for more than that.

Always a great service, kept informed of progress and changes and very knowledgeable about locations.
