Great, personal service. Very responsive and gave us confidence. One (very) small point, we had been discussing ski hire etc and had been told helmets would be available, but it wasn't until we received the pre-departure pack that we read that their availablity couldn't be guaranteed so you recommend buying our own. Loved the service. I liked the fact Ski Safari offered other excursions. We skied first and then booked 3 nights in Whitehorse on a Northern Lights tour. This is why I booked with you as we would not have considered that unless you had offered it.

I can't fault anything about this holiday, from the knowledge of the reps at the initial enquiry, the price, the quality of arrangements whilst on holiday (lift passes, heli-skiing etc.) and the after sale support has been exceptional.

A wonderful two weeks in Sun Peaks was our 8th trip with Ski Safari and as always we were well looked after by Hannah and Andrea through the entire process. As always, Andrea really took on board what we were asking for and helped us plan a fabulous trip. Emily was also very helpful booking extras and trying to help me sort out some logistical problems. One of the great things is that we are always confident Ski Safari will pass on any deals they get on passes, etc., and will look for the best and most reliable suppliers.
