Very nice. Relaxed and friendly but also efficient staff who were always willing to help. Loved Elements Urban Tapas bar downstairs! Room was huge and they cleaned well every day - including our washing up one morning when we got up a bit late! Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. A relaxed informal atmosphere, hides the fact that the staff are extremely efficient, and friendly. Rooms are big, comfortable and cleaned to perfection. Brilliant
