A lovely hotel, well positioned in the town next to the marketplace area. Really friendly staff and a great shuttle service to the slopes. The ski servicing team are also great. Free hot drinks in the lobby always welcome, and the excellent Elements tapas style restaurant on site too.

A lovely hotel, nice and friendly, had a larger room which was fabulous. Hot tub and outside area was a lovely finish to the skiing day. Bus driver to the slopes was great.

The Summit Lodge has comfortable rooms, friendly staff and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Cannot fault this hotel. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff even did our washing up for us every day. Johann in the ski store and Mark on the Hotel bus we consider friends now rather than Hotel employees. 2 rings and a microwave would benefit with the addition of an oven or grill if we chose to self cater every evening.

Excellent 4* accommodation! Well situated for bars/restaurants/ supermarket but in a quiet location for a good nights sleep. Service and amenities all first class(sauna,hot-tub,pool). An oven would have been nice (pizza doesn't cook in a microwave!)but a tiny gripe against an otherwise superb hotel. 04/02/13

Great customer service.

This was a good hotel with all the facilities you'd want. The rooms were a good size and having the kitchenettes was helpful. The only thing it really missed was a proper bar/lounge area, although the wider options in Whistler made up for this.

Great friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Hotel was comfortable and clean. The location was as the brochure said a short stroll to the slopes!

Excellent Executive room at back of hotel (310) Excellent Ski bus service which never kept us waiting going or being collected. Close to very good supermarket for self caterers. No oven in room but 2 rings and microwave. Fillet steaks from Supermarket were excellent. Room cleaned etc every day. Staff all very helpful and very polite.

This Lodge is a truly excellent place to stay in Whistler, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and very comfortable and the hot tube is a real bonus at the end of a hard days skiing!
