Excellent. Very tidy. clean and friendly staff. Also would like to recommend all the boys at The Underground Tuning Shop at the front of the hotel, excellent service and very friendly and knowledgeable.

Stayed in an Executive room, that gave us more space. Had previously stayed at the Pan Pacific Village in a one bedroom room. Although we didn't have a separate bedroom in comparison it had plenty of space for our needs. Like that the hotel did little themed nights. A little further out, but they run a shuttle ski lifts, but we walked most days as it wasn't that far.

This is the first hotel in Whistler that we would happily return to. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The rooms were clean and had recently been renovated. The equipment storage area was adequate and the guys there remembered which equipment was yours without referring to the sticker. The location was great, close enough to the village centre but far enough away to enable a good nights …

The Executive suite was slightly smaller than I expected but the bed was so comfortable and everywhere was clean and the daily housekeeping was a bonus. The hot chocolate or coffee from the machine after a day on the slopes was very welcoming. As we hired our ski equipment we did not take advantage of the free storage or shuttle service to take us back to the lifts etc, but from what I heard from …
