Excellent in every respect- comfortable, warm, spacious rooms with great cooking facilities. Staff so welcoming and extremely accommodating friendly and helpful - nothing too much trouble. What a delightful boutique hotel. The staff were wonderful, the location good and the room was great. The only thing it lacked was space to hang things up. We had a king room for two and it just seemed we were short on hanging space for normal clothes and ski stuff. A tiny complaint for what is a wonderful place and we’d definitely stay again.

Really liked the accommodation. Having small kitchen facilities was great. The hotel was very friendly and the shuttle to the lifts was much appreciated. We also liked the fact that it was in a slightly quieter location than around the lift area which must be pretty noisy until late.

This was our third stay at Summit Lodge, I think this says it all!!
We have loved every stay at Summit, and actually feel it excels itself every stay.
Everyone you come across is polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms are a great size and well equipped with a kitchenette, however we barely used ours as the hotel has a connecting restaurant for fab breakfasts, even Grab&Go options. The housekeepi…

Fantastic friendly hotel. Loved the extra features in the lobby most evenings & their little "extras" that made our stay even more special. Clean & fair sized room ideal location & excellent bus service to slopes if required. Nothing was too much trouble & all staff very friendly.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff were super friendly and helpful with any queries we had. The suite was so homely, we settled in right away. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This was an excellent boutique hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We had an issue with our refrigerator and that night when we got back from the slopes they had replaced it with a new one. When I wanted to take a fairly large camera on the mountain for the day and mentioned to one of the staff (Gracie) that I would need to buy a backpack she got her boyfriend to bring on in that …

The BEST place to stay in Whistler. The hotel is quirky and unique with excellent service from the front of house staff through to the guys at Underground Tuning ski valet. The location is great, with the supermarket across the road and there's a ski bus that runs between the hotel and the slopes if you require a lift but the walk is not long either. Highly recommended.

The hotel is well located and kept in good condition . The rooms are in good condition but house keeping was a bit sloppy at times towels not changed when needed but knowthing bad enough to get upset or complain about. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants good quality and just a little bit away from the bars.
