The people are lovely and it's very easy to navigate around the village (I'd say it is a village rather than a town but it has all the amenities you need). The lift system is fantastic, and we seldom queued even on the weekend. The snow too, was excellent, with a regular covering of soft snow overnight. There's a vast choice of wide, well groomed runs to suit all abilities and the off piste opportunities are plentiful. We also found some great things to do off the slopes, such as snowshoe walking and a walk with crampons to see a train wreck.

This is our second home, we ski here every year because it is perfect in every sense. Two huge mountains to go at, with slalom courses, ski cross, tubing, jump parks, steep, moguls, trees - you name it, it’s got it! Plenty of rest areas, for drinks and food both on the mountains and in the lower and upper villages. Plenty of hotels and restaurants to chose from, something for everyone and caters to all budgets. The people are lovely, the village is all pedestrianised so very safe with little to no crime. Great atmosphere, loud or quiet, couples, families, groups - it caters for everyone.

I think this was our 6th time in this resort but had not been back for 8 years. As always the mountain terrain was fantastic, there are groomed runs, tree runs, off piste, challenging runs and beautiful scenic cruising slopes. Even more so than previously we were blown away but the snow. it snowed most days so there was always powder in places, hardly any packed hard snow and no ice. There are numerous options for lunch an dinner in the resort and on the mountain. Mostly pre-booking for dinner seems to be advisable but we also walked into a few places with no problem. Queues especially for the gondolas in the morning on some days were a lot longer than in previous years and it seemed generally busier but even on the busiest days the slopes never seem packed and you can still find yourself fairly alone on parts of the mountains. Throughout the resort the staff and other guests and locals are amazingly friendly and even in the longest queues there is no pushing forward and everyone is polite and courteous. We will definitely be back. Ski school for us and 7 year old was great but a shame the "Max 4" and "Ski Esprit" from previous years had been discontinued. Also lift and ski school prices have increased tremendously since our last visit. Nevertheless a fantastic resort that will suit every ability and even non-skiers with for example ziplining (an absolute must and definitely a highlight!) and the Whistler Escape room which great fun on no ski days.
