Huge skiable area. Good opportunity for off piste for those that are fairly new to having a go at it - Easy to cut between pistes for a go at off pisting but so that you're not going miles away from a piste. Well organised lift queues. Handy having the Whistler information people at the top of each lift as they were able to tell us the upper lifts were just opening and also suggested good places to head when the clouds came in. The only negative was the condition of many of the slopes, a large number of which were not groomed and moguled early in the day but this is most likely due to the sheer amount of snow we had whilst there with the maintenance teams not being able to keep on top of it.

Amazing resort, a bit busier than usual lots of Australian tourists with children. We won’t go in January again for that reason. Dinner was a bit of a challenge places wanted reservations due to the number of people in the village. I don’t go on holiday to make reservations. Andrea has advised March will be better. Loads to do, amazing food, great Apres as always. On a 58cm snow day the mountain was well Maintained before they let us up it. Safety first x

Everything you need in one place. Bars, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, equipment, clothing stores. Gondolas and chairlifts 3 minutes from hotel. The village is litter free, the resort staff are constantly clearing snowfall from pedestrian areas. Couldn’t find fault anywhere.

Excellent resort with all the amenities you want on the doorstep and huge area of excellent and varied runs. The politeness of your fellow skiers and the lift organisation is also very good and enjoyable. Whistler is now run by Vail resorts and the prices have increased considerably. There is a ‘ski in ski out’ ATM machine on the slopes outside the Roundhouse !! Vail Resorts presumably want to make certain that their customers are never short of cash to spend.
