Fabulous. We had an amazing 8 days skiing in Whistler. The scope of terrain is fantastic, even after 8 days there were still areas we had only just begun to explore. On mountain facilities are excellent and lift queues were generally short except on a bluebird Saturday when it got pretty busy. We had 3 days of Max 4 lessons which were ideal, only 3 in our group so we really felt that we got excellent tuition and value for money. It was great to spend 3 days with an instructor who knew both mountains inside out as we really got a feel for where the best skiing was. Whistler and Creekside are both ideal for apres ski and for an evening out - best sushi I have ever eaten was in Whistler Village!

Fantastic ski area and town. Had a great holiday there. Although they are investing in their lifts, as it’s often referred to as a world class resort, they need to look at Austria for lifts. Austria’s investment year on year into lifts especially chairlifts absolutely beats Whistler hands down. I would say many of their chairlifts are dated and basic. That said you can ski almost anywhere, slopes are well linked and are kept in great shape. Fab restaurants and bars, plus the service to put groceries in your apartment before you arrive is great. It didn’t feel busy when we were there, but can see certain areas being crowded on good days - 7th Heaven was good but they need to look at the lifts there. Even though it was quiet queues there were far too big. Preferred Backcomb Mountain overall but Peak to Peak makes it easy to go between each on the same day.
