A large village at the bottom of Whistler mountain and a short stroll from the base of Blackcomb. Spoilt for choice with restaurants and bars. Wide array decent shops.

It's easy to find your way around the town and it offers a large array of restaurants, shops and bars. Prices were quite a bit higher than expected, on par with the top French resorts, but quality was overall very good. The lift pass was eye wateringly expensive. The skiing is extensive and the trails are well marked. You can ski almost anywhere within the resort boundaries and you can see people …

Whistler is a bubble of joy and happiness for us. We did notice, though, that there is an air of dissatisfaction in employees around the village with the sale to Vail. The only obvious manifestation of that to us was the cost of ski passes, otherwise there was little obvious change apart from the new gondola at the base of Blackcomb which is a great improvement.

Perfect Spring skiing. The conditions at the top of the mountain we beautiful. The people are friendly and kind and there is absolutely no pushing and shoving in the queues like you can find in Europe. The perfect place for Children to learn.

Amazing resort - Disneyland on snow - vast ski area, brilliant terrain, every little detail thought about and wide choice of restaurants and bars etc. Best ski trip we have ever had - would thoroughly recommend it.

We had a excellent time. Resort was absolutely fine. Only blip would be constant noise from outside speakers from 'pub' opposite accommodation!
