Excellent hotel . Although I was injured on the first day and unable to ski for the rest of our stay the staff at the hotel were so genuinely kind and helpful that we were still able to enjoy our stay. Didn't enjoy bar area food choices or design all that much. Courtesy bus and car service were exceptional and ran all day until 11pm so easy to get to slopes and village centre.

Stunning hotel - one of the best we have ever stayed at. The service is incredible and I don't know if I will ever be able to do a ski holiday without a ski concierge service again!

Restored our faith in the FS after a poor experience in California. Really impressed overall. The ski concierge was fantastic and has some great little touches e.g. the sun cream before and the hot chocolate afterwards. High standard of comfort and cleanliness as you'd expect. Excellent service by attentive staff. The ski concierge service is great, felt spoilt, not having to walk in ski boots and carry skis, for this alone, I'd return.
