We have stayed at the Chateau 5 times previously and never been disappointed. On our 6th stay we were able to stay in the Gold Room on the 8th floor. The previous good experience we had enjoyed was instantly lifted to another level. The staff were fantastic and the facility was magnificent. We definitely want to stay there again and soon!

The Fairmont in Whistler is amazing, it's 5* all the way. The service, the spa, hot tub, restaurants and bars within the Fairmont are all 5*

We have stayed at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler for the last four years over the Easter period. This hotel is very hard to fault. Let's start with the faults, the hotel is becoming a little bit tired , especially the bathrooms. That's just about it for negative points. The Chateau is otherwise a home from home. The service is fantastic, the staff cannot do enough to make your stay more enjoyable. …

Caroline & co persuaded me to pay the extra and stay at the Chateau Whistler when I wanted to take our family out over the new year period. Am I glad they did! It was fantastic, beautifully decorated for Christmas, great location, fantastic food and facilities and very friendly helpful staff. And, to top it off we had over 4ft of snow during the stay. Thanks for helping make a very happy new year!

We have stayed in the Chateau on four occasions. Each time the staff have gone out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel's membership of "The Leading Hotels of the World" is well deserved. You may pay that little bit extra but you will have a holiday you will remember for years.
