Everything you need, and nothing is too much trouble for the friendly, very helpful staff. The breakfast choice is amazing and kept us going well into the afternoon. There's a choice of bars and restaurants that belong to the hotel, but it's also an easy walk into town. Transport is laid on for guests who don't want to walk.

The hotel really provided us with a full Christmas experience. Wonderfully decorated, exceptional service with little touches like a Christmas stocking hanging on our door on Christmas morning. We love the Fairmont, rooms very large and comfortable. We will never stay in any other hotel in Whistler based on the amazing experience we have had each time, The hotel is big but it feels very homely and you are very welcomed by all staff.
