Faultless. Staff incredibly polite and helpful

Crystal Lodge is perfectly situated for quick, easy access to the slopes. Staff were consistently helpful, the rooms were excellent, and the heated outdoor pool was a real bonus after skiing. Boot dryers on every floor and access to washers and dryers made everything effortless. A very well thought-out ski stay.

Had a Deluxe queen studio room only with 2 large double beds (king size i think), kitchen area, bathroom with bath and shower. Daily serviced and was very nice. Ski store room in basement.

Rooms were fine. The lack of breakfast in the hotel was an issue as there is very little choice in the village if you wish to head up early to ski.

Overall very good & super location. Only disappointment was the hot tub & pool - not particularly welcoming & affected by the wind.

You cannot fault the Crystal Lodge for its location. The ski concierge is just by the pedestrian access to the main village promenade and the lifts are a very short walk away. We have stayed at the Crystal in 2019 and the rooms have been refurbished since then and were very comfortable. However, since our last stay we felt it was a bit soulless. The restaurant is shut and there were no drinks and …

Fantastic accommodation 60 m from gondola station. Outdoor heated pool and path, hot tub sauna and a good selection of restaurants within the same building. Ski valet available and boot and glove warmers too.
