Warm and relaxed atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff but a little dim and dark - not the brightest or most cheerful of places. Also the queue for breakfast each morning was unbelievable and took ages to clear - not the most positive start to each day.

Very comfortable. All the staff were very helpful. A convenient place to stay with a ski rentals shop within the hotel, storage and the ability to ski in/ out down Blackcombe. Also a great bonus having complimentary breakfast!

This property is good value for money. It is well located if you do not want to stay in the main village which can be very busy. The rooms are well proportioned with kitchen facilities which is useful as Whistler can be expensive to eat out in all the time. We stayed for two weeks and if we did go back again would probably stay at the same property.

Basic but very clean accommodation in a great location for ski in/out.

Very good value. Suite was very spacious and well equipped. Easy access to slope, good bus service. Welcome breakfast. Would have liked access to pool area before 10 am, ie before skiing.

Excellent - Good breakfast, fantastic access to piste

This hotel is fantastic. Right on Blackcomb mountain. The suite is spacious with the benefit of having a fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast feast is great. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I can't wait to go back!
