Comfortable big bedroom quiet very good breakfast staff very helpful.

Very good and comfortable. This year we found housekeeping and replenishment of sanitary items below normal standards otherwsie would have been 5 star

Poor room servicing but very convenient to slopes and excellent ski valet.

Wow Loved this hotel! Ski in/out. Newly refurbished room, huge comfy bed and pillows. The mantles bar in the hotel was where we spent most evenings we really liked it. Very convenient location.

Good facilities, lovely styling. Service was good, although COVID rules regarding room servicing appeared over-applied. Early check-out was confusing and unclear.

Very clean. They should consider opening the bar & restaurant at lunchtime. Very meagre on bath towels. Great place to stay for ski in and out and in the centre of town.

The hotel is a very large one and the restaurant can't really cope with demand. The staff are very pleasant and helpful but you do have to book places to eat in the restaurant because at times the place is full of people from coach tours.
