Clean and spacious accommodation with a really comfortable bed. Ski in/ski out in the centre of the village. Elevators a bit iffy with a long wait. Friendly and helpful reception and cleaning staff. Excellent ski valet making life easy.

Hotel has prime location to the slopes and is central to the village. Mantles offer a great breakdown buffet and we felt it was good value. Rooms where lovely and well kept. Bathrooms could do with updating and removing the baths and replacing with a nice walkin shower. Beds was comfy and large! Mattresses could with a deep clean!!

A fantastic hotel with great facilities, high-quality room, lovely slopeside swimming pool and hot tubs, and ski-in/ski-out as the icing on the cake! The hotel’s restaurant and lounge were of really high quality, some delicious beers and wines, and skilfully prepared cocktails. We have stayed in the Grand six times now and I cannot fault it. Our room was excellent - large, spacious and with a mountain view. Breakfast was included in our package and really set us up for a day's skiing. The outstanding feature is the staff - they are helpful in every way.

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Luxurious rooms with expensive bathrooms supplies and soft towels. The room has a small fridge, coffee maker and kettle, plus a small table so you can eat breakfast there if you want to. Hot tubs are great and as there are three of them, don’t get too busy.
