Huge bedroom with amazing view over bottom of piste, the hotel is in the best position so you can walk everywhere and right on the slopes so you can just ski off. It is however somewhat dated and gloomy though the staff were delightful and most attentive.

On slope accommodation,ski in ski out.helpful staff and secure ski locker room. Warm and well appointed kitchenette.

Great location, literally out of the door and on to the slopes. Room was spacious and clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again.

The hotel is in an excellent position right next to the small gondola that takes you down to Happy Valley where there are excellent facilities for children and adults alike. The walks through the woods are really spectacular. It is right at the bottom of Easy Street so it is a truly ski in ski out. The Bull Wheel restaurant and the bar are both great. Our room (superior kitchenette) was very good …

Our room was spacious and bright, there is underground parking and everything is in walking distance. All important fridge in the room was great. However, we did miss bins or smoking areas around the whole of Big White. The resort was beautiful and we enjoyed the quieter Gem Lake.
