We were in apartment 223 B which was really spacious, huge comfortable bed, full kitchen with everything we needed, anything we ran out of could be ordered conveniently by scanning a bar code online. Didn’t try the cinema though. Nice outside pool and two hot tubs. About 5-10 mins to walk into village past Bullet Chair. There is also a hotel shuttle which we never used. Easy ski-out to Bullet Chair and back towards Black Forest down Sundance Run. Really friendly staff. Would stay here again although Stonebridge Lodge maybe slightly more convenient. To ski to lessons in the morning have to go up Bullet Chair and ski down to village or a short walk up to village from Bullet Chair.

Very friendly and helpful staff (bellboy went into village to purchase a carton of milk for us when we arrived late) and excellent facilities (hot tubs great temperature for aching limbs) although a couple of issues let it down. The kitchen sink plug did not seal and housekeeping could not source a replacement for the entire stay of 10 days. The studio was spacious but the kitchenette does not have any hot plates - partly our fault for not identifying on the literature but it made eating in very difficult with only a microwave oven.

Sundance Resort is on the edge of the resort and is ideally placed for easy access to both the Bullet and Black Forest lifts. The quality of service that we received was first class. Our luggage didn’t arrive at Kelowna airport with us and the reception staff were first class in both tracking it from Vancouver and getting the shuttle service driver to check with the Air Canada desk. Sundance Resort also operate their own shuttle transport that will take you to anywhere in the resort. I unfortunately injured my knee and the drivers were just amazing, instead of meeting me in reception they volunteered to enter the underground parking as I could get the lift directly to that level and saved a longer walk on my crutches. Housekeeping were also great both during the day and with the turndown service in the evening. We would recommend this accommodation and the staff have such a can do attitude you can’t help be be impressed

Sundance Resort was an excellent recommendation for us. The staff at reception were excellent when we checked in and went through the lift passes and rental passes etc. with us on arrival. During our stay any question or request made to the staff at reception was handled very efficiently and always with a smile. The staff who looked after our unit were so thoughtful and provided us with daily hand warmers which was a lovely touch. It would be fair to say that there wasn’t anything that was a problem to them. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor. The unit had a full kitchen, which was spotless, and a spacious living/dining room. We had a balcony which had wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The bedroom was a good size and we had plenty of wardrobe and storage space. The bathroom was quite small but had everything you required. This unit also had a washer/dryer which was great to have.

Honestly the best condominium set up I've experienced in North America. Unit was perfect for our needs with fully equipped kitchen and ideal sleeping arrangements. Morning routine of kitting up, putting on boots and the walking down corridor to ski locker room, through door to pathway where skis were clicked on before schussing down to lift was hardship (not). Brilliant staff. Housekeeping every day and turn down service with hand warmers placed on pillow was amazing.
