Great town, with shuttle service to three ski areas, really nice choice of facilities and eateries in town, and choice of resort given daily snow or weather is a great bonus.

A great resort all round. Prices for eating out were much less than we were expecting. Ski bus and lift set up really well, all staff very helpful. No queues for lifts! Great choice of ski runs.

Banff is an excellent base for a ski holiday. We stayed in the centre of town, which was lively with plenty of bars and restaurants. All the ski resorts are out of town but that didn’t matter as the shuttle bus picked up and dropped off from outside our hotel.

Not the resort if you like to ski into the town, but the bus rides open up 2 large ski area's and Banff has all of the amenaties you need morning, noon and night.

Excellent resort which is very accessible.. mountain was variable in terms of terrain and run types.

Wonderful stay in Banff as usual, we stayed in the Moose Hotel. Great location for the shops etc and the Ski Bus. The village is just amazing, lots to do and tons of awesome restaurants to visit. We particularly enjoy Hello Sunshine and the 3 bears and the Magpie and Stump Mezcal margarita is to die for. Banff town has something to offer for everyone. As a first time visitor in the winter, I made great use of the walks (all sign-posted) and the ski shuttles to each of the three resorts were great. Always on time, sometimes busy but extra buses were added to the schedule. Great shops and restaurants too.

Skiied Sunshine and Lake Louise. Lake Louise skiing was pretty good considering the low snow levels - there was plenty to do.

Nice town with a good range of accommodation options. NOT doorstep skiing - be prepared to get the bus every day. Good skiing at Sunshine and Lake Louise suitable particularly for beginner and intermediate skiers.
