Lively, with plenty restaurants and shops. Canadians were a very friendly bunch.

Banff is small town in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. Surrounded by the mountains, the town itself is well situated for exploring and in the winter, skiing. It has plenty of outdoor shops for stocking up on gear and the usual array of restaurants and bars. We stayed for 11 nights and didn't eat in the same place twice!

Good resort - it's nice to have different options for skiing - didn't really enjoy the bus transfers to the skiing though.

Lake Louise and Banff both excellent we had fantastic snow. No problem with queues even on a Sunday.

have been there many times before - always a great place to stay with plenty to do but also close to the slopes.

6th time in 7 years that we've been and we'll be back in 2018.

Banff is a lively town with a great choice of restaurants and bars. The only downside for us was having to use ski buses, however the service provided is exceptionally good and the bus stop was close to our lodge.

Great place to be based only 20 mins to sunshine and 45 mins to Lake Louise. Great snow conditions friendly lift staff. Banff town excellent places to eat and drink.

Sunshine offers great skiing but can be a bit windswept at the top. The heated chair with attendants brushing the snow off your boards/skis is highly recommended.
