Clean, comfortable hotel. Rooms were of a good size and staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant a plus too.

Ideally located, especially if the weather turns cold. Not far to everything you need. It's been updated and has lovely staff. Room was a little small but adequate, the buses to the slopes stop in the bus park next to the Hotel/Lockers, so it's ideal. The run of the bus, then tends to go to just one more Hotel, the bus station and then off to the slopes, so it works well. Would definitely go back.

Location is perfect, room was comfortable and facilities were good. The staff were nice but because most of them were seasonal (and very young!), service was not always perfect. But that being said, it did not affect our holiday at all and we will definitely stay at the Mount Royal again.

Great hotel and excellent location

Mount Royal has a great location in the centre of town and the ski shuttle picks you up from the hotel car park. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Good hotel right in the heart of Banff.

Really lovely hotel, friendly staff. Ridiculously comfortable beds. Slap in the middle of town - so great for exploring and eating out.

Staff very friendly, beds comfy, great location, breakfast team understaffed as average wait for breakfast 30-40 mins, not great.

Excellent hotel, room was huge and quiet. Hot tub was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in perfect location. Bars and restaurants everywhere, never had to walk more than 150 yds for a meal. Ski bus stopped in car park right behind the hotel. Hotel staff very friendly and gave great advice on where to eat depending on budget. Food in the hotel very good. I would definitely stay there again.
