Excellent central location, close to shops, bars and restaurants. A real bonus was the fact that the ski buses picked up and dropped off just outside the hotel, which meant for an easy start and end to the day without queuing! Very good, clean and quiet. Excellent comfortable room with first class shower. Would have been nice to have a bath at the end of the day and more storage space in the room,…

The hotel had just (literally) been refurbished with the last piece of carpet going down on the day we arrived. It has been done on a budget so it looks great now but I think it may not wear well. Location great, staff great. Well worth a stay.

met all our needs, clean bed, hot water, friendly staff and Right in the middle of town, the best location for everything. bus stop right behind so no walking in ski ski boots ! 10/10

The room with a queen bed in was huge, the room with two queen beds was a squeeze for two people and all the gear. We had to move from the first room we were given as the air con didn't work. The free wifi works and free car parking out back.

Excellent clean accommodation with all that you need. Downtown location is perfect as you are right next to the restaurants and bars. Therefore not needing to walk too far in the -20's temperatures!!

As no ski in/ ski out, hotel provides excellent alternative as ski bus stops behind hotel's ski store. Food good value by Banff standards.
